Why ZAUS Exists

After seeing consistent inefficiencies in how materials are sourced across the Australian construction industry, ZAUS was created to bring a more structured and strategic approach to procurement.

Too often, procurement is fragmented, left too late and disconnected from both design intent and budget realities resulting in cost blowouts, delays and unnecessary complexity.

ZAUS addresses this by bringing procurement forward and managing it with clarity and control from the outset.

What We Do

ZAUS provides a complete procurement service tailored to each project.

We typically engage towards the end of the design stage where we:

• Review project documentation

• Develop a detailed stock list of required materials

• Provide supply-only or supply-and-install pricing

• Align procurement with programme and construction requirements

From there, we manage the entire procurement lifecycle — from design coordination and supplier engagement, through to manufacturing, delivery and installation on site.
